Key Responsibilities
- Verify and approve/reject new retailer and seller registrations
- Assign approved sellers to Sub-Admins and monitor sub-admin performance
- Manage platform policies, system permissions, and escalated disputes
- Review platform health, seller activity, and daily operational reports
